What is the minimum order quantity?

Custom cloth orders usually start at 1,000 pieces, but smaller requests are welcome for review. The 8 x 8 cm silver cloth is also available from stock in small batches. Final quantities, colors and dispatch are confirmed on inquiry. Cases, pouches and packaging are quoted by project.

Can you add our logo and packaging?

Yes. We offer custom dimensions, logo branding and paper packaging. Send your intended use and artwork requirements so we can agree the specification.

Are silver cloths and lens cloths interchangeable?

No. Specify the intended surface when requesting a quote. A silver polishing cloth must not be assumed suitable for coated lenses, gemstones or plated finishes. Confirm compatibility for the exact product.

How are samples and delivery arranged?

Sample arrangements, fees, production lead time and shipping terms are agreed for each project. We do not confirm a dispatch date until the specification and order terms are settled.

Can we order under our own brand?

Yes. We support OEM/ODM projects for jewelry brands, eyewear businesses and wholesale partners. You must have permission to use all artwork and trademarks supplied.
